VISUAL COMMUNICATOR

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be the creative and design point person of Impact Hub Manila.

  • Creation of visual concepts to communicate the company’s products, projects, events, and the business as a whole.

  • Develop a process structure for design and creatives, complementing the existing ones and crafting better ways to implement it.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders (internal and external) with their design/creatives need; give advise when necessary in order to improve the creative output needed by the stakeholder

  • Review our brand and implement it, ensuring that we follow Impact Hub Global’s branding guidelines.

  • Create, develop, and edit content for various marketing channels such as but not limited to social media, newsletters, marketing briefs, websites and webpages, among others.

  • Coordinate with other functions for proper delivery.

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication  or related courses

  • At least 1 year related experience in the design field

  • Preferably with experience in content creation.

  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite and brand management. Preferably with video editing skills.

 

Operations & administrative specialist

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Operational Support:

  1. Manage operational workflows to ensure that deadline are met.

  2. Respond to questions and requests of Hubbers.

  3. Answer incoming calls/e-mails and assume other reception duties when needed

  4. Invoicing of monthly Hubber payments, tracking of payments, issuing and keeping track of receipts, depositing of cash/checks when needed

  5. Identifying points of improvement in the current system and suggesting improvements

  6. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

HR Support:

  1. Ensure timely payment and posting of government mandated benefits: SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF, WITHHOLDING TAXES

  2. Assistance with business permit renewal

  3. Assistance with leave tracking and 201 files

  4. Assistance with exit clearance of employees

  5. Assistance with HMO benefit coordination, application, and payments

  6. Assistance with tracking of onboarding process

  7. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Administrative Support:

  1. Assistance with keeping track of receipts/disbursements in projects and events

  2. Assistance with events logistics

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commerce, and other related courses

  • At least 1 year related experience in the Administration, bookkeeping, payroll, compensation & benefits, and/or finance

  • Knowledgeable about purchasing, invoicing, compensation and benefits, payroll. Knowledge in Google Drive, Xero, Excel, or other administrative applications is an advantage.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

for Entrepreneurship Development

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Project Management POC

  1. Be the point person in coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders of the Incubation project/s to ensure effective and efficient project implementation.

  2. Provide necessary support in executing the overall project including sequence of activities, resource planning, time and cost estimation.

  3. Develop a process structure for said projects, complementing the existing ones and crafting better ways to implement it.

  4. Coordinate with the partners on payment, schedules, logistics and other compliances. When needed, liaise with external stakeholders such as subject matter experts, mentors and other pertinent people.

  5. Meet the financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and sticking to the budget; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions. The project management specialist is tasked to collect data and regular information from the activities to provide the stakeholder a regular and timely progress reports (narrative and financial).

  6. Partnership curation and creation.

  7. Account Management based on the project and the project partners involved

  8. Coordinate with other functions for proper project delivery. Other functions include, but not limited to, digital marketing, content curation, design, and administration.

  9. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Incubation POC

  1. Develop and execute strategy for outreach, hunting, attracting, and onboarding qualified start-ups and entrepreneurs.

  2. Assist in designing and managing incubation and acceleration programs.

  3. Be able to get a good grasp on social entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country or the project’s geographical scope.

  4. Provide necessary support and be the point of contact for entrepreneurs no matter what stage of the entrepreneurship life cycle they are in.

  5. Develop and execute an engagement strategy for start-ups and incubatees.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related courses

  2. Preferably with related experience in Project Management field

  3. Knowledgeable in Project Management, Events Management, Marketing, and Account Management.

  4. Preferably has background with the start-up ecosystem.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

for Training & Development

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Corporate Training and Incubation Program

Impact Hub Manila runs Corporate Innovation training and start-up incubation training program. The goal of this program is to ensure that start-ups are equipped with the right knowledge and mentors for further its further growth and for companies to be more competitive in today’s innovation landscape.

  1. Be the point person in coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders of the project/s to ensure effective and efficient elevate project implementation.

  2. Provide necessary support in executing the overall elevate project including sequence of activities, resource planning, time and cost estimation.

  3. Develop a process structure for said training and development projects, complementing the existing ones and crafting better ways to implement it.

  4. Coordinate with the partners, mentors, facilitators and trainers on payment, schedules, logistics and other compliances.

  5. Meet the financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and sticking to the budget; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions. The project management specialist is tasked to collect data and regular information from the activities to provide the stakeholder a regular and timely progress reports (narrative and financial).

Online Learning

A goal of Impact Hub Manila is to disseminate knowledge throughout the country and one way to do this is through online learning.

  1. Assist with Impact Hub Manila’s initiative to design and build e-learning courses.

  2. Coordinate with various mentors and content consultants in order to design and build the e-learning program.

  3. Keep track of the progress and development of participants who go through online learning.

  4. Assist with other areas where he or she may be needed.
